You will easily find their gift packets containing powder, soaps and sprays. Apart from this Yardley London April Violets Eau de Toilette, there are few other fragrances from Yardley that are quite well known. Lilly of The Valley Yardley Perfume, English Lavender Perfume, English Rose Yardley Perfume, Royal English Daisy Perfume, Yardley Iris Perfume and Yardley Peony Perfume that are famous in Women’s range. The packaging of Yardley London April Violets Eau de Toilette looks quite royal and is also in sync with the English culture. In fact, it quite reminds of the perfumes that uncles and aunties used to have in the early eighties. Yardley have been used by many of my relatives mostly the talc and the soap. The packaging of Yardley London April Violets Eau de Toilette is a purple and white colored combination of box. The combination of colors on the packaging looks beautiful and also is different.

The box has the ingredient list along with the other details about the perfume. Once opened there is along glass bottle of Yardley London April Violets Eau de Toilette with a nice golden colored cap and a golden pump underneath. The pump is sturdy and does its job well. Also the bottle felt a bit heavy and bulky and for that reason I can never carry it during any of my travels.

Yardley London April Violets Eau de Toilette Fragrance

Yardley describes April Violets as a floral valley which has a bouquet of Violets, jasmine and lily. On application, one can feel the strong fragrance of violets. After sometime it dies down and one can smell the fragrance of vanilla and musk. There is some mild fragrance of jasmine and lily too but predominantly ruled by Violets which is not sweet and strangely I relate it to being medicinal.

My experience with Yardley London April Violets Eau de Toilette

I realized that I did not admire the violets fragrance much though it was long lasting as I preferred citrus, sweet fragrances more. People who love violets will definitely like Yardley London April Violets Eau de Toilette. The fragrance feels fresh and clean and is also suitable for both day and night. It lasts easily for 3-4 hours and needs to be reapplied after that.

It’s a decent everyday perfume and those who like floral fragrances especially violets can try it. Since I did not enjoy Violets much I would want to give this one a skip and in fact, would try the rose or Lavender fragrance the next time. Strangely, I liked their deodorant in violets fragrance better as it was a mix of floral fragrance and not dominated by the violets only. Yardley London April Violets Eau de Toilette is easily available across stores both online and offline.

Overall, Yardley London April Violets Eau de Toilette is a perfume with floral fragrance. It is also dominated by the Violets more. The perfume has the fragrance of lily, jasmine, vanilla and musk and is also a decent everyday perfume that lasts for a decent 3-4 hours easily. It comes in regular glass bottle and is heavy for travel packing.
