Direction for use : Scoop out a dollop of the Face Mask. Apply a thin layer over cleansed face (not around the eyes) using a face mask brush or your fingertips. Let it stay on and wait for 10-15 minutes for it to dry. Rinse it clean with lukewarm water & pat the skin dry with a towel. If in case any charcoal powder is left stuck in your pores, wipe it off with a warm towel. Use twice a week for best results.

WOW Activated Charcoal Face Mask comes inside a black, opaque plastic jar with a black screw open lid. The opening of the jar is wide enough to take out the required amount of the face mask. However, there is always some hygiene concern with jar packaging, and most of us prefer tube packaging. The tub is quite huge and it has got the product details printed on it. Overall, the packaging is secure and travel friendly, however, the size of the tub can be an issue.

My Experience with WOW Skin Science Activated Charcoal Face Mask

I have been using this activated charcoal face mask from WOW since past couple of weeks. Thanks to its creamy, smooth texture, the face mask spreads evenly on the skin. I apply a thick layer of it all over my face and neck. You can use a face pack brush for application, or apply it with your fingers. It takes about 10-15 minutes to dry and then I remove it with a wet towel. Finally I splash some cold water on the face and that’s it with the application part.

WOW Activated Charcoal Face Mask makes my skin instantly bright and fresh. It removes the impurities from the skin pores and leaves with healthy, clear skin. Post application, my facial skin feels soft and supple. And there is visible brightness. It evens out skin tone, and offers skin tightening benefits as well. It helps in reducing pore size and skin gets smoother and firm with every application. However, the best part of this face mask is that it doesn’t dry out my skin at all. I belong to the dry skin family, and I had this fear that activated charcoal face mask might dry out my skin. But that’s not the case with this one. It has helped me to maintain a clear, soft and glowing skin.
