This Valentine’s Day Get Ready with Me
Makeup should always be done on clean and clear face. So wash your face thoroughly with a face wash. Then start with a primer. Primer is must when you want your makeup to stay on place for long. I have used Patanjali aloe vera gel as my makeup primer. It will keep my face moisturized and make my makeup look fresh for long.
Next I used my Insight Makeup Essentials Concealer Foundation to conceal my under eye dark circles and the marks and spots on my face. I blended my makeup with my Real Techniques brush. For my foundation, I opted for a lightweight option, like Lakme CC cream. It looks very natural on face. Don’t forget to blend!
Time to move onto my eye makeup. And filling the brows is a very vital part of eye makeup. I use a brown eye shadow to fill up my eye brows. Coming to the eyes, I used Makeup Revolution Girls on Film Eyeshadow Palette here to create the makeup look. First apply a dark grey eye shadow to the outer corner of the eyes and then take a lighter shade and apply it to the starting of the eyes. Blend well. Next take a darker shade and apply it to the lower lash line as well as upper lash line to create a smokey look.
Apply some kajal to the outer half of the lower lash line. this is optional and you can totally skip the kajal. I have used Johara Deep Impact Kajal here. Don’t forget to highlight the brow area and the inner corners of the eyes with a lighter shade from the pallete. Finish off the eye makeup with lots of mascara on both upper and lower lashes.
Coming down to my face, I have applied lots of highlighter and blush to get that ‘lit from within glow’ and make my makeup look fresh and glowing. Here I have used the both the blush and highlighter from L’Oreal Paris Lucent Magique Blush of Light Glow Palette Blushing Kiss palette which is one of my all time favorite.
Finally, put together the look with a bright lipstick, like L’Oreal Paris LA VIE EN ROSE Extraordinaire Matte Sonam’s Pink- Azalea. It is a bright coral pink that looks awesome on Indian skin tone. And that’s all, my Valentine’s Day makeup look is complete.
I hope my post ‘This Valentine’s Day Get Ready with Me’ would be helpful for you to doll up this Valentine’s Day. It is a perfect makeup look for Indian skin tone and its really easy to do. This will make you look Gorgeous with minimal effort 🙂 What do you think about my Valentine’s Day makeup look?
