These days pen eyeliners and gel eyeliners are so in, but nobody can deny that liquid eyeliner has it’s own magic.Liquid eyeliners are my favorite too. My experience with Tips & Toes Liquid Eyeliner Black

Tips & Toes Liquid Eyeliner Black comes in a tiny conical shaped bottle with a really long handle. The packaging is very much common. Due to it’s size, you can easily put it in your handbag and carry wherever you want.

The applicator it comes with is thick and a bit hard. And let me tell you, it’s not a brush applicator. In fact, I am yet to figure out what this applicator is made of. The tip is flexible, but not enough. Eye makeup beginners and people who struggle with applying liquid liner won’t find it much user friendly.

As the name suggests, Tips & Toes Liquid Eyeliner Black is a jet black eyeliner. The consistency little bit on the thicker side. The eyeliner gives a shiny black finish which I really like. The pigmentation is really great. Staying power wise it’s good enough as it stays on my eye the whole day until I rub my eyes or remove it with oil or makeup remover. And yes, it’s completely waterproof. Even if you splash water on your face, it won’t come out!

Overall, Tips & Toes Liquid Eyeliner Black is a decent black eyeliner with good pigmentation and super long staying power. It’s also waterproof. But with that price tag, you can expect something extraordinary.
