Hello all 🙂 How have you been doing? December is already in and so is the party season. And party means decking up and putting our best face forward. So here I am back with a review of another makeup product – theBalm Stainiac Cheek and Lip Stain Review. I received this cute baby in my September Fab Bag. I had never used any of ‘theBalm’ products before. I love using lip and cheek stains for my daily makeup. theBalm Cosmetics is a complete line of lip care, skin care, hair care and nail polish.?With a “beauty in five minutes” philosophy, theBalm’s multi-use, mega fabulous products offer quick fixes and wondrous solutions for beauty-needs.

theBalm Stainiac Cheek and Lip Stain comes with ‘hint of tint’ that goes well with all skin tone. All it requires is a dab on cheeks and lip and you are good to go!! This cheek and lip stain is an unique aloe-infused gel based formula which allows more time before the stain sets. Sounds pretty good, but how it worked for me? My experience with theBalm Stainiac Cheek and Lip Stain

theBalm Stainiac Cheek and Lip Stain has lip-gloss type of packaging. The applicator has a cushiony tip, The tube?is transparent and you can keep a check on how much product is left. Overall a travel friendly packaging.

theBalm Stainiac Cheek and Lip Stain is basically a dark reddish tint with pink undertone. It has thin gel like consistency. It quickly melts on lips and and sets to fuchsia pink stain. The pigmentation is not too good. The stain appears dark red in the tube, but once applied it gives sheer pink finish. Even multiple layers can’t intensify the color.

Since the pigmentaion is not too good, so I had to dip my wand quite a few times for a decent color. The stain?dries up pretty fast, and feels drying on lips. You need to layer it up with lip balm or lip gloss.?Now coming to the staying power, theBalm Stainiac Cheek and Lip Stain stays on my lips for 4-5 hours, and on cheeks it lasts for just 3 hours. Pretty disappointed with the staying power I must say!

Overall, I am not really satisfied with theBalm Stainiac Cheek and Lip Stain. It provides sheer pink tint, but feels pretty drying on lips. And the staying power is also poor!
