Swati Ayurveda Herbal Hair Conditioner Paraben and Silicone Free Review

Hello girls! Back with Swati Ayurveda Herbal Hair Conditioner Paraben and Silicone Free Review this time! By now, it would have been known by every BhB member that anything earing the 6-lettered word ‘HERBAL’ is capable of grabbing my eyeballs almost instantaneously 🙂 Having discovered my hair savior- Bon Organics herbal shampoo, I wanted to nurture my hair with an all-natural hair conditioner. After having scrutinizing the ingredients’ list of all possible conditioners in whichever store I’d enter and perhaps, putting the patience of all the employees of those store to test with my interminable barrage of questions regarding the effects of the ingredients in their products, I finally laid my hands on Swati Ayurveda Herbal Hair Conditioner Paraben and Silicone Free.

Swati Ayurveda Herbal Hair Conditioner Paraben and Silicone Free Review

Having used it for a month now, today I will be sharing Swati Ayurveda Herbal Hair Conditioner Paraben and Silicone Free Review and let you know how Swati Ayurveda Herbal Hair conditioner fared for me 🙂

My experience with Swati Ayurveda Herbal Hair Conditioner Paraben and Silicone Free

Packed in a white cylindrical bottle with a flip-open cap on top, Swati Ayurveda Herbal Hair Conditioner Paraben and Silicone Free is spillage/leakage-free thanks to its sturdy cap and hygienic to use (as compared to those conditioner that come in tubs). However, I have qualms regarding the overall strength of this bottle since I feel it is made of inferior quality plastic. In other words, I feel that the bottle isn’t really sturdy. However, don’t make a long face. It isn’t fragile too 🙂 It should be stashed carefully while travelling. On the whole, it is slightly underwhelming in terms of packaging.

Swati Ayurveda Herbal Hair Conditioner Paraben and Silicone Free has a predominantly runny texture. It doesn’t mean that it is similar to water. It is mainly runny which is surprising given that most hair conditioners have a creamy consistency. I have dry hair and in keeping with my hair care regimen of overnight hair oiling, application of curd and Etheric Rose petal powder (sometimes fenugreek powder and Banjaras hibiscus powder depending on the availability of these ingredients), I followed suit. Later I washed it off with Bon Organics herbal shampoo and applied this conditioner on the ends of my hair. I needed a little more than usual to condition my hair since the conditioner is runny.

Once my hair dried, they felt tangibly softer (not satin soft but relatively softer) and smoother. There wasn’t any luster imparted but my hair was more manageable and slightly less frizzy.

I feel it is a good choice for dry, extremely dry and normal hair although dry and extremely dry haired-ladies may require a little more quantity than their creamy counterparts. I don’t find it apt for oily hair (and it neither claims to be apt/tailor-made for oily hair) at all since it is runny in texture and mild. It won’t help in washing off excess oil so, there’s no point in relying on this.

The only limitation I see with Swati Ayurveda Herbal Hair Conditioner Paraben and Silicone Free is that the complete ingredients’ list in not furnished which is suspicious. If it’s herbal, why not provide the user with its complete ingredients’ list? Anyway, it is paraben-free and since it doesn’t lather, so I can surmise that it won’t have sulphates too (sulphates produce lather).

Overall, Swati Ayurveda Herbal Hair Conditioner Paraben and Silicone Free is a good bet for those with dry, extremely dry and normal hair although those who are habituated to creamy conditioners may find themselves using a little more of this than usual due to its runny texture. I won’t recommend this to those with oily/extremely oily hair/scalp.

  1. If it true herbal which means all natural herbs no chemicals at alll then it is a great shampoo. I searching for all natural options and this is on my list. 🙂

    • I too, would like to believe so Ankita bt since it has a shelf life of 18 months, it would be naive to believe it to be 100% herbal. It may have some preservatives for sure, but still, at least it doesn’t have parabens. So, it is a “relatively” herbal conditioner. Anyway, ‘low chemicals’ is better than ‘only chemicals’. It works well 🙂 Hope you have a nice experience with it 🙂 Thank you for reading!

  2. my stash is overfilled with conditioner now….so not thinking of buying conditioners presently
