So this SUGAR Cosmetics Blend The Rules Eyeshadow Quad – 13 Paparazzi has four shades inside and they are champagne gold, bright gold, metallic teal and copper. I received this eye shadow quad in My December 2017 Fab Bag earlier this month and since then, couldn’t stop using this. This is a metallic eyeshadow quad and also a complete set in itself, which means it contains a base color, blending color, brow bone highlighter everything in it. It claims to have rich pigmentation, as well as blendable without loss of pay-off and also lasts for hours without creasing or smudging. This product is dermatologically tested and approved as well. Direction for use

Start by taking a colour that is a shade or two darker than your skin tone and then run it back and forth onto your crease as a transition shade.
Start blending at the point where you want the deepest color, like the outer corner and also aim towards the place where you want the lightest color. By doing this, a gradient will be created by the color choice alone.
Next go for the shimmer shade on the lid to get that pop. Use the doe-tip sponge applicator or a damp flat brush or your finger for that additional depth.
Use a darker shade on the crease to define the eye shape. Then start applying from the outer corner of the eye, making a ‘V’, and blend it halfway through the eyelid with the round eye shadow blending brush.

The lightest colour usually works well as a brow bone highlighter.
The second lightest colour usually looks good on the lid and also creates a base to apply the shade of your choice, matte or shimmer.
The second darkest colour usually works best on the crease.

Moreover, I am really happy to see magnetic closure, because it keeps the eye shadow quad totally safe during travelling. Also there are four shades inside along with a dual tip sponge applicator. Furthermore, the packaging is nearly perfect, I just wish it had a mirror as well. You will find the shade name on the top left corner of the cardboard box.

All the shades of SUGAR Cosmetics Blend The Rules Eyeshadow Quad – 13 Paparazzi are very creamy. They are buttery smooth and also glide seamlessly on the eyelids. Moreover, the eyeshadows feel super silky and soft on the skin. The shades are very easy to blend, and also there is no fallout at all.

Coming to the pigmentation, SUGAR Cosmetics Blend The Rules Eyeshadow Quad – 13 Paparazzi has amazing pigmentation. In fact, you can use them individually or also use together to create a metallic look for a party or wedding. When used individually, each of the shades give opaque coverage in just 1-2 swipes. FurthThe staying power is superb as well. I normally don’t use eye primer, and these shades lasted on me for around 7-8 hours without any creasing. How awesome is that!
