My experience with Soultree Amrita Apricot Oil & Honey with Kokum Butter Moisturiser :

Soultree Amrita Apricot Oil & Honey with Kokum Butter Moisturiser has a simple transparent bottle packaging while its full size has a flip open cap to ease extraction of the product. This kokum butter enriched moisturizer has an out of the world fragrance and I just can’t stop sniffing it again and again. Soultree has two different face washes as they categorize skin broadly into two types; this is the only moisturizer which is meant to suit all skin types especially dry.

The consistency is somewhat thick and runny as well. Usually I follow this up after the Soultree face wash which is quite hydrating in itself. However the results are equally encouraging when I am using some other brand of cleanser. One needs a small amount for the whole face and neck. Although it does not look lightweight, one hardly needs any efforts to blend it in. A light massage helps in quick absorption of the product. The finish is semi matte and very comfortable. It is absolutely non- greasy and one can easily apply layers of makeup over this without having to worry about anything getting messed up.

The hydration it provides is truly commendable. Skin feels pampered as it is softer and smoother to touch. In dry weather conditions, my skin does not stay in shape with any light or oil free moisturizer while heavy moisturizers make it oily. On a happy note, this works best as it nourishes skin deeply, treats dry patches without clogging pores.

This is what a Holy Grail lotion should be like broadly meant for all skin types. Extra dry skin might need a generous amount per use but it still works as promised. Lastly, as per their honest claims, this moisturizer feels heavy on oily skin and should be best avoided in such cases.

Overall Soultree Amrita Apricot Oil & Honey with Kokum Butter Moisturiser is a true skin pampering lotion meant for all skin types ( except seriously oily). From its nourishment to natural formulation to non greasy finish, it has everything which we keep hunting in Holy Grail products.
