How to go about the shopping

You need to first register with Beautykafe by providing details like Name, E-mail etc. A confirmation email is sent to you. Once you are registered, use can choose the products you intend to buy. Click on buy now to add the product to your shopping cart. Once you are done with the shopping, proceed to check out and choose your mode of payment.

You would be getting mails at every step… when you confirm your order and when it is dispatched with a tracking code to see the status of your order. On an average, it takes a week for the products to reach you. In case of any delay or query, you can contact at their helpline numbers or simply drop a mail. The grievances are swiftly attended to, within a day.

Packaging

The products are neatly packed in a cardboard box. Inside the box were many thermocol and newspaper pieces stuffed to keep the products safe. All my products reached me safely  without any damages. The products that come in their own boxes were not bubble wrapped  and Individual tubes were bubble wrapped. You can see in images.Though, this was good there is definitely a scope of improvement, here. May be all products should at least be bubble wrapped.
