My experience with Revlon Colorstay Whipped Creme Makeup

Revlon Colorstay Whipped Creme Makeup has a bulky glass jar packaging. The jar has black colored screw open lid. Another?soft plastic lid is there inside the jar to prevent the product from getting messy. The packaging is unhygienic as you have to dip your finger everytime to take out the product. And definitely not a travel friendly packaging because of the weight and the glass.

I chose the shade ‘warm golden’ which is for medium to fair skin tone with warm undertone. The shade is perfect for me. The texture of Revlon Colorstay Whipped Creme Makeup is like a thick liquid cream, but surprisingly it is not at all heavy or greasy. It requires a little amount and blends very easily. The coverage it provides is medium to full. However, it doesn’t fully hide blemishes and one might need a concealer to do the job.

Revlon Colorstay Whipped Creme Makeup provides a beautiful matte finish, but it doesn’t look dry or powdery at all. If you have dry skin, you might not even need to top it with powder. But yes, a good moisturizer underneath is required for easy blending, especially during winter. No touch up is needed for upto 8 hours almost. This foundation has given me a wear time of 12-14 hours without any caking or flaking. For oily skin beauties, a dab of tissue or some loose powder is enough to take care of the dewiness that might appear after a few hours of wear.

Overall, Revlon Colorstay Whipped Creme Makeup is an excellent cream based foundation that provides excellent coverage and long wear. A very lightweight foundation that gives matte finish, but makes skin look healthy and glowing. It comes with SPF 20 which is an added advantage.
