Hey all lovely people!!! Today I am going to review a makeup brush from Real Techniques – Expert Face Brush and is Real Techniques Expert Face Brush Review. Till two years back, I used to apply my foundation with my fingers. But with all the blending and hard work involved, I was still not able to get a flawless base. My foundation looked thick and was quite evident. So, I stopped using foundations and would only apply eye makeup and lipsticks. But ladies, my life and my face changed after I discovered Real Techniques Expert Face Brush.

Real Techniques is a makeup and brushes’ line owned by MUA and you-tuber – Samantha Chapman. These brushes are famous all over the world for their affordability and performance. Obviously, their fame intrigued me and I thought of putting them to test. I bought two brushes to start with and now I own almost the entire line. They are so good. 🙂 So, ladies keep on reading to know more this fantastic brush.

Real Techniques Expert Face Brush is one of the foundation brushes from the brush line. Real Techniques has a color code for all the brushes – base brushes have copper handles, eye brushes have purple handles and finishing brushes have pink handles. The expert face brush is a part of the base brushes, hence has the copper-golden colored handle. The handle is made of aluminum and is extremely light to use. The base of the handle has a grip and is a little broad. This enables the brush to stand on its own, which is very fascinating to me. I make all these brushes stand on my vanity like a ‘makeup army’. 😉

Real Techniques Expert Face brush does not just look good, but also performs exceptionally well. The brush head is made of synthetic bristles, which makes it easier to work with liquid and cream products. Because of these synthetic bristles, it is also easy to clean and dries up very fast. The bristles are rounded and tapered off at the edge. This helps to buff away any streaks left by the foundation. The brush is very soft and dense, which makes the blending seamless. It is firm and does not feel sloppy at all. The only issue I face at times is that soaks up foundation very quickly.

You may use any foundation and it gives you the maximum coverage possible. In fact, the design of the brush makes it useful in two ways – the flat side can be used to apply and pat the foundation like a paddle brush and the tapered edge can be used to blend the foundation like a small buffing brush. The entire method will make sure your foundation blends flawlessly and does not streak or crease. The expert face brush can also be used to apply blush or bronzer on your face. So, it is an awesome multitasking brush.

In a nutshell, Real Techniques Expert Face brush has changed the way foundation looks on my face. The synthetic bristles make blending very easy. And it is a great multi-tasker as well.
