NYX Diamond Sparkle Lipstick Sparkling Red comes in a square black lipstick case. The packaging looks pretty unique. The bottom part of the lipstick case is transparent, which lets you see the shade. The cap sits tightly and the lipstick can be slipped easily in the hand bag, hence, totally travel friendly.

NYX Diamond Sparkle Lipstick Sparkling Red has soft and creamy texture. The lipstick has good amount of shimmer and so it feels little crumbly when gliding on lips. This NYX Diamond Sparkle Lipstick has no particular smell. The shade is a beautiful reddish pink, despite the name saying ‘sparkling red’.

Talking about the pigmentation, NYX Diamond Sparkle Lipstick Sparkling Red is well pigmented. The lipstick gives medium coverage, two swipes are needed for full opaque finish. The formula is neither moisturizing, nor drying. It imparts a shiny, frosty finish to the lips. But with time, the shimmery particles start to scatter. The NYX lipstick bullet is pretty soft, therefore one has to be very gentle while applying this NYX Diamond Sparkle lipstick, or I would suggest to use a lip brush.

Coming to the staying power, NYX Diamond Sparkle Lipstick Sparkling Red stays put on the lips for 3-4 hours with light snacks and water in between. The lipstick doesn’t transfer much and also doesn’t settle into fine lines.
