I am using the NY Bae Face Primer these days and here I am going to share the review of the same. I absolutely love using the Blur Perfect primer from Lakme, but I was looking to try something new from the affordable range of primers. NY Bae, as many of us already know, is a popular drugstore brand for makeup, and I have already reviewed a number of NY Bae products here on my blog. NY Bae Primer Packaging

NY Bae Face Primer comes in a black colored squeeze tube with a black screw open cap. Under the cap, there is a nozzle which helps in taking out the right amount of product. The cap shuts tightly, making it a travel friendly packaging. The details about the product is printed on the tube itself, and it has no outer packaging.

NY Bae Primer Appearance

NY Bae Face Primer is a colorless gel with a smooth texture. It doesn’t have any bothersome smell, which is a good thing, specially for those who prefer using fragrance free beauty products.

My Experience with NY Bae Face Primer

NY Bae Face Primer is a silicone based primer. It spreads like a dream on the skin and blends effortlessly. Instantly skin feels super smooth. This primer works great at blurring out marks and scars and it also helps in reducing the appearance of large pores.

As claimed, it does give a smooth base for makeup application. And the good thing is that, this face primer doesn’t dry out my skin (I have dry skin naturally). It moisturizes the skin, but doesn’t make it greasy.

NY Bae Primer is non sticky and lightweight. It is an oil free primer, and helps with smooth application of foundation and other makeup products. It makes my face very smooth as well as even toned and keeps the makeup fresh for almost 4-5 hours. The only drawback I found is that the quantity is low comparing the price it comes at.

Overall, NY Bae Face Primer is a good product that instantly gives a smooth base. It blends effortlessly and makes the skin even by blurring out impurities. The primer is not drying, it actually feels lightweight as well as hydrating on face. Only if it came in a bigger size.
