Peppermint Wash for Hair

In a bowl, add one cup of water. Place the bowl over medium heat and bring it to boil. Add a handful of peppermint leaves to it. Let the leaves soak in the hot water for 10 minutes and then strain the water. Keep the leaves aside. Use the water to wash your hair and scalp. Massage your scalp with the leaves. The juice that will come out of these leaves will clean up the residue and dirt from the scalp. This is one of the best natural solution to have healthy, clean hair.

Rosemary Wash for Hair

Crush a handful of rosemary leaves and add them to water. Let it soak for about 8-10 minutes. Rinse your hair with this water. Rosemary is a wonderful herb to use on hair and it has a lovely aroma that makes your hair smell great.

How To Clean Hair Without Shampoo

Yogurt and Baking Soda for Hair

Take a bowl and add 3 tbsp of fresh, cold yogurt. To this, add 1 tbsp of baking soda. Mix well and make a thick paste. Apply this paste on hair like a hair mask. Wait for 15 minutes before rinsing off with running water. Don’t use shampoo. Baking soda will clean your hair and scalp while yogurt will condition it beautifully.

Vinegar Wash for Hair

Vinegar is like an one stop solution for all your hair worries. If dandruff, oily scalp or lice is bothering you, then massage your scalp with fresh, undiluted black vinegar for 7-8 minutes. Wash off with cold water. For shiny hair, wash hair with apple cider vinegar.

Easy Ways To Clean Hair Without Shampoo

Lemon Oil and Yolk for Hair

In a bowl, take two egg yolks and add 4-5 drops of lemon oil to it. Mix well. Massage your scalp with this mix. After 10 minutes, rinse hair with warm water. Do these at least thrice a week. Soon you will see visible shine on your hair and it will feel silkier too. Lemon oil is a great way to get rid of sweaty and smelly scalp.

Mud Cleanser for Hair

This one is not for dry hair.

In a bowl, add 1/4th cup of clay of your choice (for oily hair use multani mitti or kaolin clay, for normal hair use green clay or bentonite clay), 1 cup of water, 1 tbsp of orange peel powder for conditioning (optional) and 3 drops of your choice of essential oil (optional). Mix all the ingredients well to make a runny ?paste.

Wet your hair and massage this paste into your hair and scalp like shampoo. Rinse well after 5 minutes.
