My Experience with Matrix Opticare Smoothing Conditioner
My hairs tends to get dry and frizzy post wash if I do not condition it well. So, I am on an ultimate hunt for a good conditioner. Recently, I ended up buying Matrix Opticare Smoothing Conditioner. I have tried Matrix shampoo before and it turned out quite good and made me look forward to their conditioner as well. I have naturally straight hair with a little waves so, I had hopes that matrix conditioner improve the texture of my hair a bit more and make it look straighter.
Matrix opticare smoothing conditioner comes in a orange-colored tube with a screw cap cum flip open cap. The packaging is very travel friendly and leak proof. Matrix conditioner is white with creamy consistency. It spreads easily on my hair. It has a citrusy/ orange like smell that I love. The smell is retained by wet hair. The smell is mild and should not irritate sensitive noses.I need only a coin sized amount for my shoulder length hair. After wash, It manages to make my hair frizz free, manageable and soft. It makes my hair somewhat shiny too. Also, it detangles my hair. The conditioner does not weigh down my hair or make it limpy. The quantity is not enough considering the price. I think it’s a good conditioner for oily to normal hair. People with dry hair might want to skip it. I have not experienced problems like hair fall or anything with matrix conditioner but it is laden with chemicals. Ingredient wise, Matrix conditioner has lots of parabens and chemicals
