It comes in a white tube with a flip open cap. The cap is a silver colored one which is so different from others. It is pretty tight avoiding any leakages . So it is easy to carry around. The smell is so different but mild and the consistency of the facial foam is so runny , one have to be careful with this. Small quantity is enough to clean your face. The one thing I like about this product is it gives a instant fresh feeling imparting a little glow to the face but  I don’t think that white glow stays for a long time. It leaves the skin very clean after washing.It lathers well but not great. You need more water to take out the whole foam from your face. And the other thing is that , lotus being a herbal brand I did not expect sls in it. So this thing is a bit disappointing. Some times it dries out my skin. So I prefer this face wash in summers because skin gets more oily in summers. And I don’t suggest this face wash for dry skin people.
