This was the first liner my mom ever bought for me! You know how moms are faithful to lakme. So this is what I got when I started college. It’s affordable rather cheap and comes in a good quantity.The liner is glossy when applied but dries to matte finish. Now the drying time is too much. I don’t have patience to sit and fan my eyelids and dry it. I hate that part. But once dried it will literally stick to your eyelid like anything.The liner doesn’t flake. It is water resistant.

So if you wash your face or get drenched in rain you don’t have to worry. Just make sure that you don’t touch or rub your eyelids and let it dry once again.It comes in a nail paint style bottle. The bottle is made of glass, easy to carry and sturdy. The brush is made of bristles. It helps in drawing fine lines. To my surprise! This liner is waterline safe. I did not feel any itchiness or redness or any sort of irritation when I used it on waterline.This is a must have budget product. It won’t burn a hole in your pocket and will surely last you long.
