Hence LANKE formula is also an indirect import from UK but currently being manufactured in Haridwar, Uttarakhand, a beautiful merger of Indian and international talent. Here is the Lakme, the oldest cosmetic brand and one of the most famous too in India. Now let me take you through my experience by its review.

My Experience of LAKME Absolute White Intense Wet and Dry Compact

Well coming to the aesthetics of the LAKME Absolute White Intense Wet and Dry Compact. Lakme Absolute White Intense Wet and Dry Compact comes in a double packaging as if its some precious Jewelry 🙂 LOL jokes apart, inside the card board box, there is a velvets pouch within which the round shiny and sturdy compact box. The packaging is very much interesting. It comes with a look card with all the instructions on how to apply this particular compact in day time and in night time. LAKME has spent some good amount on packaging. Lakme Absolute White Intense Wet and Dry Compact comes with a good quality sponge applicator and a cute mirror attached to the top lid. The mirror helps in easy application of the compact in a go and you don’t need to search for a mirror anywhere for it application. The sponge applicator allows an even toned look whether day or night.

Now coming to the technicalities of Lakme Absolute White Intense Wet and Dry Compact, the product is very smooth and silk like in terms of texture. It allows easy application on the target areas. The after effects are indeed very impressive as there is an instant glow and fairness reflecting which is phenomenal. The product claims to last up to 16 whooping hours, which I didn’t experience as after say 5-6hrs, due to sweating it might get drained, the product can get washed off too as its not water proof. The LAKME Absolute White Intense Wet and Dry Compact come with SPF17 UVA/UVB which is really good for girls who always fetch for a sunscreen. So here it is girls, an additional sunscreen to avoid tanning and bad effects of UV radiations. The fragrance of this compact is pretty interesting and I just love it as it has a faint lime fragrance.

To sum up, the LAKME Absolute White Intense Wet and Dry Compact comes in a very cute and interesting packaging with a look card and great fragrance. A cute mirror allows easy application of a sponge the compact. It doesn’t stand to its claims of 16 hr stay and neither is waterproof. Hence I will suggest going for a product which fulfills its claims and is pocket friendly also. For ardent fans of LAKME, it’s at least one time usage product for you.
