1. Homemade Lip Balm with Coconut Oil and Rose Petals

Ingredients –

  • Coconut oil
  • Shea butter
  • Rose petals
  • Vanilla extract
  • Beeswax
  • Almond oil

How to prepare coconut and rose lip balm at home?

In a saucepan, take 1/8th cup or two tbsp of coconut oil. To that, add equal amount of shea butter, 4 tbsp of beeswax, a tsp of sweet almond oil, one tsp vanilla extract and 1/4th cup of rose petals (teared in to small pieces). Heat the saucepan, until all the ingredients melt and get mixed properly. Once everything is melted and mixed together, strain the rose petals. Pour the mixture in few dry, clean lip balm jars. Allow it to cool completely so that it can solidify, and your homemade lip balm is all set to use. Apply as and when required.

2. Coconut Oil and Lemon Oil Homemade Lip Balm

Ingredients –

  • Coconut oil
  • Cocoa butter
  • Lemon essential oil
  • Almond oil
  • Beeswax

How to prepare homemade lip balm with coconut oil and lemon oil?

In a bowl, take a tbsp coconut oil, and add a tsp each of cocoa butter, almond oil and beeswax, Melt the ingredients using a double boiler. You need to stir the ingredients frequently so that everything melts nicely. Remove from the heat and wait for few minutes so that the mixture turns slightly cool. Add 5-10 drops of lemon essential oil and stir again to mix. Transfer the liquid mixture to small lip balm jars and allow it to solidify. Close the lid and your homemade lip balm is ready to use.

Ingredients –

  • Cinnamon essential oil
  • Coconut oil
  • Raw honey
  • Vitamin E capsules
  • Beeswax pellets

How to prepare cinnamon and honey lip balm at home?

In a container, take 4 tbsp coconut oil and add 1 & 1/2 tbsp beeswax pellets. Melt them together on low heat using a double boiler. Keep on stirring until both of them are completely melted. Once done, remove from the heat. Take 2-3 vitamin E capsules and puncture them using a clean needle. Extract the oil from inside and add that to the coconut oil and beeswax mixture. Ingredients –

  • Cocoa powder
  • Peppermint essential oil
  • Sweet almond oil
  • Beeswax pellets

Take two tsp white beeswax pellets in a saucepan and melt them using a double boiler. Once the beeswax starts to melt, add a tsp cocoa powder. Stir continuously to blend them together.   • Hemp oil
  • Honey
  • Almond oil

  • Shea butter

Ingredients –

  • Sweet almond oil
  • Beeswax
  • Rose essential oil
  • Honey

Take two tbsp sweet almond oil in a container and add 1 and 1/4th tsp grated beeswax to that. Melt them together using a double boiler. Keep on stirring until they are blended and add half tsp honey.
