1. Honey and Sugar Body Scrub for Winter

Ingredients –

  • Honey
  • Coconut Oil
  • Brown Sugar

How to prepare?

Take 1/4th cup of pure honey and warm it up a bit by placing over heat. You can microwave it as well. Do not heat too much, just wait till it feels warm to touch. Remove from heat and add two tbsp of coconut oil to that. You can replace coconut oil with olive oil as well. Mix together and add half a cup of brown sugar to that. Now combine all the ingredients together to prepare the homemade body scrub for winter. Apply it on wet skin and massage for few minutes in gentle, circular motions. Rinse off with plain water and use this once or twice in a week.

2. Sugar and Vanilla Body Scrub for Winter

Ingredients –

  • Sugar (brown/white)
  • Vanilla extract
  • Sweet Almond oil
  • Any Essential oil of your choice

How to prepare?

Take two cups of brown sugar or white sugar and gently mix it with a cup of sweet almond oil. To this, add two tbsp of vanilla extract. And finally, add 10-12 drops of any essential oil of your choice. Combine all the ingredients until you get wet sand like consistency. Once done, transfer it in to a glass jar and close the lid tightly. Use it while taking shower. Wet your skin and take out the required amount of body scrub on to your palm. Massage it on to the body in gentle circular motions. Rinse off with water. Do not use soap or any shower gel. Repeat once or twice weekly.

3. Coffee and Coconut Oil Body Scrub for Winter

Ingredients –

  • Ground coffee
  • Sugar
  • Coconut oil or olive oil
  • Essential oil of your choice

How to prepare?

Take a cup of ground coffee and add a cup of raw sugar to that. Mix together and add half cup of organic coconut oil, or extra virgin olive oil. Also add a few drops of your favorite essential oil. However, this part is completely optional, and you can skip this if you are not much into essential oils. Store the body scrub in a clear, dry jar.   • Sea salt
  • Olive oil

Take a cup of sea salt and mix it with half a cup of extra virgin olive oil. Mix together until you get a wet sand like consistency.   • Almond Powder
  • Rice Flour
  • Raw Milk

Take a cup of almond powder and mix it with two tbsp rice flour. Add required amount of raw milk and mix together.
