Mix baking soda and water to form a soft paste. Rub this on your elbows in circular motion. Wash off with warm water. Pat dry and apply moisturizer.

Vitamin E Oil to Get Rid of Dark Elbows
Take 1 tbsp of Vitamin E oil (using a needle prick a few Vitamin E capsules and squeeze out the oil). To this, add equal quantity of glycerin and lemon juice. Add 10 tbsp of milk to it. Mix well and apply on the elbows. Wait for 20-30 minutes before washing off.
Vitamin E oil is a great source of anti oxidants, which repairs damaged skin. Plus it is a skin lightener. Glycerin moisturizes the skin. Lemon juice is a natural cleanser and so is milk. They help to remove dead skin cells. Repeat as often as you can.

Mint Leaves to Get Rid of Dark Elbows
Boil some water in a pot and to the boiling water, add some mint leaves. Add freshly squeezed lemon juice to it. Remove this from heat and let it cool down. Soak a cotton ball in this solution and apply it on the elbows. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes. Rinse off with warm water.
Mint is a natural antiseptic. Plus mint contains oil that can boost up the formation of collagen and white blood cells, which treats the discoloration of elbow area. Repeat every alternate day for best results.
Aloe Vera to Get Rid of Dark Elbows
Cut open a fresh aloe vera leaf and squeeze out the gel. Apply it on the elbows and let it sit for 30 minutes. Wash off with warm water. Do this everyday until you can see visible result, then repeat every alternate day.

Vitamin E oil is expensive but effective 🙂 However, there are hardly any brands that sell Vitamin E oil in India let alone genuine ones.
Right, Vitamin E oil is expensive and not easily available. Vitamin E capsules, however, does the job, but it takes time.
