Just a few swipes and the skin becomes makeup free. However, for stubborn, waterproof makeup, specially to remove eye makeup, I need to use two wipes, and need to rub them on the eyes to get rid of waterproof liner and mascara. And the same goes for liquid matte lipsticks as well. It does remove the lipstick, but leaves behind a stain.

HipHop Makeup Remover Wipes doesn’t dry out the skin, which is really a big plus. It removes makeup quickly, except waterproof ones. The formula is really gentle, and after removing makeup, skin feels soft as well as supple. Also, it doesn’t irritate the skin at all, hence suitable for all skin types.
