Hello all 🙂 I don’t usually make a fuss or expect much out of fairness products. You know most of the time they won’t even work as expected. Recently Garnier launched a fairness range which had everything ranging from skin cream to body lotion. I choose to pick Garnier scrub from this range as I was already running out from my old one. I have a combination skin and it tends to be oily during summers and rainy seasons. My skin gets tanned easily and I hate the dead skin accumulation of the skin. so I generally don’t indulge into mild scrubs as I know I will need something intense. With these motives in mind I went ahead and got Garnier White Complete Fairness Scrub.

Price: Rs. 150/-  for 100 gm.

Directions for use:

Squeeze out a small quantity onto your palm.  Work up lather & gently massage your face. Rinse with water and pat your skin dry. Use two or three times.

My experience with Garnier White Complete Fairness Scrub

Garnier scrub comes in a white plastic tube with Garnier inscriptions on it. its usual packaging as the other Garnier products. There is nothing special or different about it. It has a screw open pack and a big mouth. The tube dispenses more product than needed. A small opening or a nozzle would have done a better job.

The color of the product is light yellow in color. The consistency is gel like and it feels non sticky. When massaged a bit it will lather up nicely. The exfoliation particles works really well and you can feel them against your skin. I massage it gently in circular motion around my nose to remove all the face oil and black heads from there. I did not feel any irritation or burning of any sort when I have used Garnier scrub.

Garnier scrub goes off completely when washed properly. It will not give any slippery feeling after washing. My face felt clean and bright after using this scrub. The black heads did not get removed completely but I can see a little bit reduction in them. The smell is quiet lemony and intense. It won’t stay with you for long. People with dry skin might need to follow up with a moisturizer.

Overall I think this is a scrub cum face wash and can be used daily. You can use it during summers to remove the daily tan that is built up.
