Hello lovelies, today I am reviewing another gorgeous and affordable lipstick i.e. Elle18 Colour Pops Cocoa Creme Review. It is a great everyday wear shade and easy on pocket. Today I am going to review Elle 18 Colour Pops lipstick cocoa crème. Well it is needless to say how affordable Elle 18 lipsticks are. I have bought this lipstick after Coral Shine which I have reviewed earlier. I don’t have even a single brown lipstick in my collection so I thought of giving this a try as it is so affordable.

I thought that this way I am not investing much money and there will be no regrets even if I don’t like the shade much. My experience with Elle18 Colour Pops Cocoa Creme 

I love totally loved the earlier shade, coral shine, but I have a love hate relationship with this one. It a brown lipstick but it is very sheer. I need to get it swiped numerous times for the color to show up on my lips. The lipstick is very creamy and it did not tug my lips. Elle18 Colour Pops Cocoa Creme did not settle in fine lines and there is no staining which is usually expected from all dark coloured lipsticks. The shade looks very nice chocolaty brown on me. Elle18 Colour Pops Cocoa Creme stays on my lips 1.5-2 hours which is not that great. The packaging is usual black plastic bullet I don’t think it is sturdy enough to be carried in a bag.

Since this colour is very sheer, Elle18 Colour Pops Cocoa Creme needs multiple layering which consumes time as I like my lipsticks to be opaque. However the good part is that it gives nice sheen to the lips despite having no shimmers. I have frosty lipsticks with too much shimmer. All the Elle 18 lipsticks have same fragrance like vanilla, bubblegum kind of smell which may bother some people. These lipsticks are too affordable to be ignored and appropriate for beginners. There is a wide range to choose from and there are some super pretty colours too.

The shade cocoa crème is a nice chocolaty brown with yellow/orange undertones but Elle18 Colour Pops Cocoa Creme will suit most skin types according to me. Elle18 Colour Pops Cocoa Creme does not look very gaudy or heavy when applied on the lips. The colour is not very mature as most brown colour lipsticks are thought to be as it is sheer. The colour can be intensified by layering.

To sum up I can say the shade cocoa crème is a nice soft brown lipstick and it is super affordable to be tried at least once. Elle18 Colour Pops Cocoa Creme is suitable for college girls too. So go give it a try and discover some new shades too.

5. The shade is sheer and requires lots of layering.
