Dr Batra’s Acne Clear Face Wash Review

Hello you beautiful ladies!! Durga puja is over and I am back after a 12 days holiday (Kiran has been very kind to me, isn’t she?). And today my post is Dr Batra’s Acne Clear Face Wash Review. But before that, let me share a very special thing with you all. Guess what, day before yesterday (October 30), I completed my 1 year with BHB. It seems like a few months only, but actually 12 months. And trust me, it has been an amazing journey for me with our beloved BHB family and I am so very grateful to Kiran for giving me this opportunity to be a part of this family. In this one year, I have learnt a lot, A LOT about skin care, hair care, makeup, makeover etc. And honestly I can not thank enough for all these to Kiran and my fellow writers of BHB.

Dr Batra's Acne Clear Face Wash Review

Now coming to my post today, this ‘Acne Clear’ face wash is one of Dr. Batra’s recent launches. Few months back, Dr. Batra launched 5 new face washes to cater different needs of skin. The other 3 variants are : Instant Glow, Oil Control, Moisturizing and Gentle Tea Tree face wash. Because of my acne prone and sensitive type of skin, I picked up this ‘Acne Clear’ face wash, which is enriched with Neem and Tulsi. Now you do not need any introduction for neem and tulsi’s effectiveness as skin care ingredients. Both are extremely rich in anti bacterial and anti septic properties which is very important to have a clear and glowing complexion. But how effective is this face wash? Check out Dr Batra’s Acne Clear Face Wash Review below to know!

My experience with Dr Batra’s Acne Clear Face Wash

Dr Batra’s Acne Clear Face Wash has a transparent tube packaging with a flip open cap. The cap is also transparent and sits pretty tightly, making the tube leakage proof and safe to carry. The face wash itself is transparent green in color with tiny yellow beads in it. It has gel like consistency, but a little bit on the runny side. It has beautiful herbal smell, which instantly freshens you up! Honestly, the smell is oh-so-amazing!!

I have been using this Dr Batra’s Acne Clear Face Wash since past 3 weeks and I am in love with it. A pea sized quantity is needed and there is no problem in spreading as well. It lathers decently and beautifully removes all the oil, dirt, grim and light makeup as well. Post wash skin looks fresh and clean without any stretchy feeling at all. The micro beads present in the face wash are actually for scrubbing purpose, but since they are too mild in nature, so I just crush them and mix them with the face wash.

Now comes the most important part, how this cleanser worked on my acne? I usually get few zits here and there all year around, but Dr Batra’s Acne Clear Face Wash has considerably reduced my pimples and zits. The frequency has reduced a lot. Though they haven’t disappeared altogether, but a noticeable improvement is there for sure! My skin looks a lot clearer and healthy now 🙂

Dr Batra’s Acne Clear Face Wash is enriched with skin friendly ingredients like neem, tulsi, Vitamin E and totally free from sulphate, silicon and soap.

Overall, if you are looking for a good and gentle face wash for acne and pimples, then give this a try. Enriched with the goodness of neem & tulsi, it calms down breakouts effectively without making skin dry like other acne control face washes.
