DIY Homemade Neem Face Toner Recipe for Healthy Skin

DIY Homemade Neem Face Toner Recipe for Healthy Skin – Cleansing, toning and moisturizing are the three basic steps of skin care. However, many people argue over the importance of toning while another group thinks toners are must. According to skin care experts, toners are important for our skin. They help taking off the traces of dirt and make up that our cleansers fail to pick up. Toners are good for all skin types, but those with oily skin require it the most. They help balancing the oil production from the sebaceous glands and also shrink the large pores (a common issue for oily skin), thus keeping skin healthy and reducing breakouts. Toners are necessary for our skin, but spending money to purchase them is certainly not. Take a look below for a homemade neem face toner recipe.
