Hey beauties! Today my post is about Patanjali’s Divya Kesh Taila Review. With winter is almost in, most of us face the problem of hair fall. And one of the best home remedies for hair fall is oil massage or even better hot oil massage. I am a great fan of oil massaging. All year along, I massage my hair and scalp with oil before shampooing. It is a great way to keep your scalp and hair healthy. I often keep changing my hair oil, in order to avoid product buildup. These days I have been using Divya Kesh Taila from Patanjali. Well, let me tell you, like most of you, I also love using Patanjali products.

This Divya Kesh Taila from Patanjali contains almost all the natural hair care ingredients – Bhringaraj, amla, brahmi, lotus, nagkesara, sesame oil, Jatamamsi etc. Each of these ingredients are known for their amazing hair care qualities. Divya Kesh Taila not only promises to make hair healthy and luxurious, but it also strengthen eyes, cools brain, cures headache, helpful for the treatment of mental and physical fatigue, and is considered to be a very good nerve and brain tonic! Quite an all-rounder, no Let’s find out how it fared me in my Divya Kesh Taila Review below.

What Divya Kesh Taila claims
My experience with Divya Kesh Taila
Divya Kesh Taila comes in a brown colored translucent plastic bottle with a red screw cap attached. Surprisingly, the mouth has no stopper and therefore, it is very much possible that you end up taking out more quantity than required. And while trying to put it back, it can get quite messy. I don’t feel it’s safe enough to carry this bottle while travelling as absence of stopper might end up in spillage of oil.
The oil is reddish brown in color and quite thin in consistency. The smell is similar to ayurvedic medicines, which isn’t very appealing at all.
Divya Kesh Taila is a good hair conditioning oil. I massage it on my scalp and hair before shampooing and keep it like 3-4 hours. Post wash, my hair looks shiny and feels soft and smooth. And the effect stays on my hair for like couple of days. I solely use Divya Kesh Taila as a hair oil and not yet tried to make use of it in any other way like to cure headache or use it as brain tonic, therefore can’t comment on its effectiveness in those aspects.
Overall, Divya Kesh Taila is a good pick if you are looking for a hair oil to make your hair strands soft and shiny. I like the way it has worked on my hair, but the fragrance is a big turn-off for me!
