My experience with Dabur Amla Hair Oil

Dabur Amla Hair Oil comes in a plastic bottle with a flip open cap. The packaging is very convenient to use. The cap shuts tightly and also dispenses the right amount of product. Therefore no leakage, no wastage. And safe to carry as well.

Dabur Amla Hair Oil smells like typical amla hair oil. The oil is light green in color. It is a lightweight hair oil minus any ‘chip-chip’ feeling. With winter is in, my scalp needs extra nourishment to prevent itchiness and flakiness. And Dabur Amla Hair Oil beautifully fulfilled my need.

These days, I regularly use this oil before shampooing. This oil has made my hair softer to touch. Hair feels stronger and healthier. Plus less irritation on scalp and less dandruff. Can’t really comment on whether it aids in hair growth or not, since I haven’t noticed any such thing.

Overall, Dabur Amla Hair Oil is a good quality hair oil. Enriched with the goodness of Amla, this oil provides adequate nourishment to hair and scalp all year long. Definitely recommended.

  1. I too have used this oil and like it. Its light and non-sticky. Only the smell is strong…

  2. I use to apply this oil when I was a child. I think I read ingredients somewhere. IT has lot of vegetable oil in it. Just check with the company once again. If it’s true then it is not worth applying and wrong marketing being done.

  3. Non sticky oils work great for me..looks great 🙂

  4. Dabur Amla does help in darkening your hair and hiding your grays effectively. I have seen my hair become darker. I haven’t seen any changes in my hair length or scalp conditions though.I just wished it was free of mineral oil.
