Blue Heaven Splash Super Matte Lipsticks Review – A girl can never have too many lipsticks! On that note, I am going to present another lipstick review and this time it’s Blue Heaven Splash Super Matte Lipsticks. I really love Blue Heaven products and I also bought quite a number of them from Nykaa couple of months ago. These Blue Heaven Splash Super Matte Lipsticks, however, were not part of that haul. Blue Heaven Splash Super Matte Lipsticks are available in 12 beautiful shades. I have got four of them with me right now – Inflamed Orange, Chocolate Mood, Ruby Red and Plum Desire. Even before I used any of these lipsticks, I was left pleasantly surprised with the packaging. There are quite a number of beauty brands coming up with very affordable range of lipsticks that are of really impressive quality. Blue Heaven Splash Super Matte Lipsticks are definitely one of them. These lipsticks claim to be highly pigmented and made up of an unique formula for extra smooth finish. These are waterproof lipsticks, and though being matte, they promise to keep the lips hydrated all day long. Blue Heaven Splash Super Matte Lipsticks have a very pretty packaging. The lipsticks tubes are of pink color which looks very cute. The shade numbers along with the names are also printed at the bottom of each lipstick. The translucent pink cap shuts nicely, hence you can carry these lipsticks easily inside your bag without the fear of the cap falling off easily.

Blue Heaven Splash Super Matte Lipsticks Shades

I got total 4 shades of Blue Heaven Splash Super Matte Lipsticks – Inflamed Orange. Chocolate Mood, Plum Desire and Ruby Red. All the four shades are very pretty. In fact, Inflamed orange is a very pretty orange shade which would look good on fair to medium complexion. The shade Chocolate Mood is a cocoa brown shade and is also ideal for almost all skin tones. Plum Desire, a lovely neutral plum shade is suitable for fair to medium complexion. And Ruby Red a gorgeous red shade, that also would complement all skin tones. The lipsticks, however, have a very weird, unpleasant smell which I totally hate!

My experience with Blue Heaven Splash Super Matte Lipsticks

These lipsticks have slanted head, just like most of the lipsticks these days do. The texture is slightly on the dry side, hence, applying a lip balm underneath the lipsticks is must. Without a moisturizing base, Blue Heaven Splash Super Matte Lipsticks do not glide smoothly on the lips. The lipsticks also have good color pay off, especially the darker shades. The only light shade I have is the Plum Desire which applies slightly patchy way and also looks uneven on the lips. You need at least 3 swipes to make the lighter shade look better on the lips.

Blue Heaven Splash Super Matte Lipsticks sets into clean matte finish within seconds of application. These lipsticks doesn’t feel much dry on the lips, in fact they are also quite comfortable to wear. Though matte, Blue Heaven Splash Super Matte Lipsticks aren’t completely transfer-proof. They do transfer, but very little. Coming to the staying power, the lipsticks are also really long lasting. They lasted on me for almost 8-9 hours and were able to survive drinks and snacks. Removal is also quite easy as any wet wipe or cleansing milk would be able to remove these lipsticks completely.

Overall, Blue Heaven Splash Super Matte Lipsticks are a great option for those looking for affordable yet good quality matte lipsticks. These lipsticks are also available in 12 shades. The darker shades have great pigmentation and they do last really long on the lips. The clean matte finish would surely impress the matte lipstick lovers!
