And eyeliner is a must for eye makeup. No matter if you are trying a bold eye makeup or a simplest one, no eye makeup is complete without a swipe of eyeliner. It instantly creates a magic and simply jazz up your look.
I love trying out different brands of eyeliner. Recently I picked up one from ‘Blue Heaven’ brand. Blue Heaven is one of the leading cosmetic brands of India. They are in business since 1974 and constantly thrive to deliver the highest quality of products to its customers. Blue Heaven products are generally pretty affordable and also of good quality. My experience with Blue Heaven Eyeliner
Blue Heaven Eyeliner has glass bottle packaging, just like most liquid eye liners do. The glass bottle comes in a white carton box. The glass packaging means you have to be extra careful while carrying it during travelling.
Blue Heaven Eyeliner is a liquid black eyeliner. Coming to the application, I am really happy with the applicator brush it comes with. Application becomes quite easy with the brush and if you have just stepped in the world of makeup, then it’s particularly good for you. But on the flip side, the eyeliner doesn’t dry quickly. So if you are in hurry while getting ready for any occasion, then this is a big NO.
Blue Heaven Eyeliner gives you a glossy black finish, but unfortunately it’s not an even finish. And another thing which I don’t like about this eyeliner is that it’s not completely waterproof. It starts to melt after a few splashes of water. So definitely not a good choice for monsoon.
Overall, Blue Heaven Eyeliner is just an average liquid eyeliner. It is really pocket friendly and if you have just started learning makeup, then this is a good option to try out.

Reading the product name I though the liner would be a blue shaded one 😀
With liquid liners a clean finish makes a lot of difference.
