The packaging is exact like most of the Biotique products, specially their creams and gels. Under the cap, there is an extra plastic covering provided for preventing spillage of the product. It has an outer packaging as well, which carries the information about the product.

It is exactly what the name says, a gel. Biotique Bio Chlorophyll Anti Acne Gel is green in color. The gel is not too thick, nor totally runny. It bears a mild herbal fragrance, which I am not too fond of. However, the smell is not overpowering and goes away soon after application.

My Experience with Biotique Bio Chlorophyll Anti Acne Gel for Face

Biotique Bio Chlorophyll Anti Acne Gel for Face gets absorbed in to the skin within seconds, and doesn’t leave behind any sticky feeling on the skin. It feels light on the skin and gives a cooling, soothing sensation which feels great on irritated skin. This gel can be applied as a moisturizer for whole face, or you can also use it only on pimple prone parts of your face. Since I have dry skin, so, instead of using it as a moisturizer, I opted for the latter one. With a few application, it helped in drying out the pimples and healed the skin. Also, it helps in lessening the frequency of breakouts.

Biotique Bio Chlorophyll Anti Acne Gel doesn’t give any tingling or burning sensation to the skin, which is a great thing. Since it claims to be a skin soother post hair removal, so I have tried it that way also. I normally don’t face any problem after eyebrow threading, but threading the upper lips area does bother my skin and it gets red immediately. Even I sometimes get small rashes there as well. I used this Biotique Bio Chlorophyll Anti Acne Gel on my upper lips, right after threading and it felt great. The gel soothes my skin, reduces irritation, calms down the itching as well as prevents eruption.

Overall, Biotique Bio Chlorophyll Anti Acne Gel is a great product for acne prone, irritated skin. It gives a soothing and healing touch to the skin, and helps to dry out acne.
