- Coffee Powder
- Rice Flour
- Rose Water

- To prepare your homemade body pack, first put 2-3 tbsp of uncooked oats in a grinder and grind it to a powder.
- Take it out and keep it in a small bowl.
- Add 2-3 tbsp each of coffee powder and rice flour to that.
- Mix the dry ingredients nicely.
- To this, add 2-3 tbsp each of raw milk, raw honey and rose water.
- Also add some coconut oil.
