Taking a bath with oatmeal is a great way to sooth yourself at the end of a long day. Fill your bathtub with lukewarm water. Now add one cup of milk, two cups of uncooked oats and a tbsp of honey. Soak yourself up for 20 minutes for a super moisturized and rejuvenated skin.

Oats for removing dead skin

Oats is very effective in removing dead skin cells. Make a scrub by grinding 2 tbsp of oatmeal in a food processor or grinder. The consistency should be grainy. To this, add 1 tbsp of baking soda and little water and mix well until they make a smooth paste. Apply on your dry and clean face. Leave for 10 minutes and wash off with cold water.
