My experience with Aroma Treasures Lavender Pure Essential Oil

Aroma Treasures Lavender Pure Essential Oil comes in a small dark brown glass bottle with a plastic screw cap. On opening the cap, there is a small hole provided to dispense a drop of the oil each time. The bottle is housed in a simple white outer box. There is also a leaflet inside about how to use essential oils and the other variants provided by Aroma Treasures.

Aroma Treasures Lavender Pure Essential Oil has a strong usual essential oil fragrance, but the lavender notes makes it very relaxing and calming. I have been using it in various ways for the past one month. For my body, I mix few drops of lavender essential oil with coconut oil and massage before bedtime. It helps to relieve stress and induce sleep. Also, it nourishes the body and makes it soft and healthy. I could definitely feel enhanced effects than just using plain coconut oil.

While preparing face packs (either homemade or store bought), I add few drops of Aroma Treasures Lavender Pure Essential Oil in it. It helps in controlling acne and breakouts to an extent. For my hair, I mix few drops in my regular hair oil and massage my head slowly. Apart from soothing and calming the mind, it gives me soft, silky and stronger hair.

I also add few drops of Aroma Treasures Lavender Pure Essential Oil in my bath water and in foot soak for weekly pedicure. Also, when I do a facial steaming, I add some in the water for extra benefits. Lavender essential oil can also be sprayed on your pillows during night time for better sleep. One word of caution is that, essential oils should never be used directly. They should always be diluted with carrier oils or water.
