Vicco Turmeric Cream with Foam Base Face Wash
Summer is already here. And with it, comes various skin concerns like oily skin, greasiness, rashes, pimples etc. This is one of the main reasons why I don’t like summer. Anyway, few days ago I saw the advertisement of this Vicco turmeric cream with foam base on TV. The advertisement says that it cures pimples, blackheads etc. After watching the ad for few more times, I decided to give it a try. This face wash contains turmeric which is really good for treating acne and skin infections. So let’s check out how well it fared me.

What Vicco Turmeric Cream with Foam Base Face Wash Claims
Vicco Turmeric Cream with Foam Base Packaging
Vicco turmeric cream with foam base comes in a small white and blue colored tube. The tube has white screw open cap which sits tightly on top making it spillage proof and travel friendly. The tube comes in a blue, white and golden colored carton box. Overall the packaging is cute and attractive.
Vicco Turmeric Cream with Foam Base Appearance
The face wash has gel like consistency. It is golden in color with little brownish hint. This face wash has very refreshing smell, but little bit on the stronger side. It might bother a sensitive nose.
My Experience with Vicco Turmeric Cream with Foam Base Face Wash
It requires a very small amount (like a pea sized amount) to wash the entire face. Though the tube is quite small, it lasts long. These foam base face washes actually are ideal for oily skin, especially during summer.
It creates a nice foamy lather when rubbed on the face with a little water. It gives a cooling effect upon applying, takes away all the dirt, oil and make up residue from the face leaving it squeaky clean and refreshed. Only 2-3 splashes of water is needed to rinse off the face wash and it doesn’t dry out the skin at all.
I use this face wash twice a day. After every wash, I found my skin looking fairer and even toned. Skin feels firm, but not stretchy and remains oil free for around 2-3 hours. Moreover, it imparts a nice glow to the skin that lasts almost a day.
However, this face wash, though containing turmeric, doesn’t work much on reducing acne especially the bigger ones. If you have small rashes or zits, it will clear them away though. This face wash claims to clear blackheads, which it does to a certain extent. But don’t expect it to remove the stubborn ones.
Overall, this Vicco turmeric cream with foam base is a decent face wash for everyday use. It evens out the skin tone and adds a nice glow apart from cleansing the face thoroughly. It doesn’t work much on acne and blackheads though. Not a suitable face wash for very dry skin.
