In a blender, put quarter of a cup of cold buttermilk and half tomato. Add a handful of fresh mint leaves and blend everything to prepare the skin whitening face mask. This face mask is very effective in getting rid of severe sun tan and you can apply this on all the tanned areas of the body. Let it dry and then wash off. Doing this daily will lighten sun tan faster and give you back your fair and glowing skin.

The lactic acid present in buttermilk will help to lighten the sun tan. Also, buttermilk will moisturize the skin and keep it soft and smooth which will speed up the healing process.

Buttermilk and Orange Peel Powder for Skin Whitening

Take 2 tsp of dry orange peel powder and mix it with enough buttermilk to make a smooth paste. Apply it on the skin and gently massage in circular motion. Leave it on for 30 minutes.
