The Body Shop Olive Butter Review

Hello girls! I am going to share The Body Shop Olive Butter Review. I am on cleaning spree off late and as a habit I segregate my clothes and body care stuff even make up for that matter into two sections- one for winters and the other for summers. The green colored packaging of soothed my eyes so much however I had to put it back to my winter kit as the butter is just not apt for summers. But I thought I should share my The Body Shop Olive Butter Review review before putting it there.

My experience with The Body Shop Olive Butter

The Body shop body butters have been my favorite. For me body butters are directly proportional to The Body Shop brand. The Body Shop Olive Butter comes in a nice olive green colored round sturdy plastic tub type of packaging which can be twisted open. The top cap has lots of olives printed. Once opened, the tub carries a thick, non flowy, light green colored body butter. The fragrance of The Body Shop Olive Butter is mild olive like while the texture is buttery.

A light swipe on the layer of The Body Shop Olive Butter scoops out decent amount of the body butter. When applied on the skin it melts and gets absorbed in the skin due to the heat generated while rubbing. The body butter is safe to use all over the body especially knees and elbows which turn so dry. I do not apply it on the face because the skin is very sensitive and does not need so much of moisturization. One application of The Body Shop Olive Butter leaves the whole body with a thick layer of luxurious moisture filled smooth, soft, non-greasy skin, without the need for reapplication until the next wash. My skin feels super hydrated without any itchy or scratchy feeling. The mild olive fragrance it leaves on the skin is very fresh and not over powering at all. Though the price of the body butter is high, I don’t mind picking it up for winters when my skin needs to be hydrated and well moisturized.

In a nutshell ,?The Body Shop Olive Butter is a light green colored, buttery textured, mild olive fragranced body butter which is suitable for dry skins during winters. It leaves the skin well hydrated without being greasy. The beautiful green colored tub packaging is easy to use and the body butter does not require re application until the next wash.
