Hello Readers, I am going to share Studiowest Pure Passion Kajal Black Review. Since Westside launched their own range of beauty essentials, bloggers as well as makeup lovers have been going gaga over their range. I needed a kajal but actually ended up picking two more products owing to the sweet gesture of their SAs. After having reviewed the other two amazing products here comes the third one which I am wearing lot these days and intend to stock up few more very soon.
Studiowest Pure Passion Kajal Black is a delightful liner among their wide eye makeup collection which has eye shadows kits, mascara, liquid liners and kajal. There are two more shades of this kajal apart from black- Espresso Delight and Olive. Selling under the retail chain Westside, they also have a wide range of makeup, skincare, fragrances, and shower essentials. Studiowest cosmetics are exclusively available at any Westside store and that too at extremely reasonable prices which make another great reason to go shopping very soon. Lets get started with my Studiowest Pure Passion Kajal Black Review.

What Studiowest Pure Passion Kajal Black claims
My experience with Studiowest Pure Passion Kajal Black
Studiowest Pure Passion Kajal Black has a slim and lightweight black body with a twist up mechanism to help avail the product. Unlike a pencil kajal which needs proper sharpening before each use, there is no product wastage with this. One simply needs to twist up and directly apply it on the lids, lashline and waterline as per need. Among other kajals in Indian market this one from Westside bears an extremely pocket friendly price tag.
This kajal has a creamy smooth texture, no tugging or pulling of the skin needed during application. The finish it gives is matte black as seen in the swatches, the shade is kind of regular black not what we refer to as the blackest of black shade. Plus the pigmentation is quite impressive and maximum two swipes are required to get the final look. Immediately after application when the product is soft it can even be smudged to get a bolder look. In a few more seconds it sets to remain in its non smudging state for the next couple of hours. Even with contact lenses it is safe and does not give watery eyes.
Besides being smudge proof, Studiowest Pure Passion Kajal Black is even water resistant as I wore this and went for water rides but the kajal did not give me panda eyes. Plus it lasts super long and at the end of the day one can use any eye makeup remover or wipes to get rid of its traces completely. Only con is that it smudges a little when applied on oily skin of the under eye area or the waterline. I was wearing this liner on the water line and had smudged it a little downwards and had applied Bioderma Photoderm MAX SPF50+ Mineral Compact Very High Protection on the under eye region. As the latter does not have a matte texture, this made the kajal smudge to some extent. The next day I topped up the area with some loose powder and the kajal did not budge much. So make sure you dab some compact to combat this issue.
Overall Studiowest Pure Passion Kajal Black is an impressively splendid liner available in three shades which is safe, bears a creamy texture, imparts a semi-matte finish and sets to remain smudge proof for a long time.
