Hair conditioning is an important part of hair care regime as it smoothens the surface and detangling becomes easy. Otherwise a lot of women are unable of growing their manes long, thanks to split ends and hair breakage. My Experience with Soultree Hibiscus Hair Conditioner with Shikakai, Henna and Coconut Oil :
Soultree Hibiscus Hair Conditioner with Shikakai, Henna and Coconut Oil comes packed in a recyclable jar, one needs to undo the cap and dig out a little quantity directly. Owing to the creamy consistency of this conditioner, it spreads easily. Also the fragrance added to this conditioner is kind of delicious; in fact I find the fragrance of the Soultree moisturizing lotion similar to this one.
While chemical conditioners contain silicon, the primary ingredient which makes hair feel silky straight. However, in the long run, Soultree Hibiscus Hair Conditioner coats the strands and makes it difficult for the hair to soak moisture from any other product. As a result hair keeps becoming lifeless and breakage happens. After shampoo all I need to do is squeeze out excess water from the strands and coat the scalp and body of hair with this product. After about five minutes, it is to be rinsed away. Being lightweight Soultree Hibiscus Hair Conditioner does not need gallons of water to get washed away. Like any other natural product, it does not show results in first few uses. I could not see its effectiveness until I started using this consistently.
For me Soultree Hibiscus Hair Conditioner is a very balancing conditioner, not an intense dose of hydration. Whenever I use it after the hydrating Soultree licorice, shikakai and bhringraj shampoo, together the results are smooth and glossy hair. Texture feels softer to touch and lesser efforts are required in detangling. Even with other shampoos it gives similar effects, there is less hair breakage and there is a healthy shine on the strands. As I have extremely oily scalp, I avoid using Soultree Hibiscus Hair Conditioner as a scalp nourisher and do so only if I have skipped oiling before shampoo or am using a not so mild shampoo.
Also not that it makes hair limp but owing to oiliness of my scalp, using this as scalp treatment makes scalp greasier pretty soon. Apart from that this conditioner works equally effectively after having used any shampoo. As Soultree Hibiscus Hair Conditioner works more as a balancing conditioner which takes care of the fact that hair stays bouncy as well as nourished, thus extremely damaged hair might not find this conditioner much useful.
Overall Soultree Hibiscus Hair Conditioner with Shikakai, Henna and Coconut Oil is a superb balancing scalp nourisher and conditioner in one which softens and strengthens strands without weighing down the manes.
