Hey everyone, today I am going to post Neutrogena Oil Free Moisture Combination Skin Review. I have always had a hard time finding an appropriate moisturizer especially for summers. I am forever on search of some new and interesting products as I tend to get bored easily. My skin acts in a very weird way at times. After having good experience and hearing some great things about skincare products by Neutrogena I thought of giving this a try.
They have two moisturizers one meant of combination skin and another for oily skin. I have the combination skin variant which I thought will suit my skin type well. The main thing that attracted me was that it is oil free since I tend to get occasional breakouts and hence I was excited to try this one. Let’s see how did to work for my skin.

What Neutrogena Oil Free Moisture Combination Skin Claims
My Experience with Neutrogena Oil Free Moisture Combination Skin
I love the packaging of Neutrogena Oil Free Moisture Combination Skin, it is so simple and sturdy. The moisturizer comes in a white pump style bottle with a lock in the pump, it has to be twisted to open and lock it, to prevent any leakage. The packaging is great for traveling as well. The moisturizer inside is white colored and has a medium thick consistency.
The texture of Neutrogena Oil Free Moisture Combination Skin is very light and feels smooth, one pump is more than enough for face and neck and it spreads easily. This moisturizer is meant especially for combination skin but it sometimes feels a bit heavy and takes a while to get absorbed completely especially during the hot and humid summer months and gives a slightly shiny look to the face. Hence I would not recommend this if you have oily skin, it is more appropriate for normal to combination skin only. As a result I like using it during the cooler months and winters, and it works great during that time. It moisturizes the dry patches on my skin without making it oilier.
Although Neutrogena says it is fragrance free, I would not agree it has a very mild fragrance which is hardly noticeable. It has never clogs my pores or caused any breakouts, and makes my skin really smooth when I apply it making a great base under makeup as well. It does not have any SPF and hence during day time a separate sunscreen has to be layered along with it. In all it did not live up to all the claims in my case and I am in search for something better.
Overall, Neutrogena Oil Free Moisture Combination is a great moisturizer for normal to combination skin types, it moisturizes skin well taking care of dry patches, but for summers and oily skin types this may not be the best option as it takes some time to get absorbed completely.
