My Diwali Makeup, Outfit & Vlog – Hello girls! Today I am going to share My Diwali Makeup, Outfit & Vlog. I know I am a bit late, but hey, better late than never, right? Diwali is our biggest festival and it is also the brightest of all festivals. It is a celebration of life and its goodness. We Indians celebrate Diwali with family gatherings, glittering clay lamps, decorating our house with strings of electric lights and flowers and of course lots and lots of firecrackers. Oh yes, our Diwali makeup and outfit are very important part of the celebration 🙂 Here in this post, I will share my Diwali celebration and talk about my Diwali Makeup and Outfit. So lets get started with My Diwali Makeup, Outfit & Vlog.
My Diwali Makeup, Outfit & Vlog
My Diwali Makeup
Base Makeup : On my clean face, I first applied CC cream and blend it thoroughly. On top of that, I used my foundation and concealer. The balanced hydration provided by my CC cream helped to set the foundation and concealer beautifully. Now that the base makeup is done, I used my compact to seal it properly. Here I want to give you a little tip : use the sponge (provided with the compact) in dabbing motion as this would keep the base makeup on place for a long period of time. Then use a good quality powder brush to wipe off the excess powder from the face.
Eyebrows : After that, I used a brown eye shadow to fill in my eyebrows. This is a very important part of our makeup. Eyebrows, when done nicely and neatly, can take our eye makeup to the next level and obviously enhance our overall look.
Eye Makeup : Once done with the eyebrows, its time for eye makeup. Eye makeup can make or break our look, so don’t do it in hurry. First I used a neutral color eye shadow on my creases as base. Then on top of that, I applied a beautiful light brown eye shadow and blend thoroughly. Next I used a peachy pink shadow to apply on the inner corners of my eyes. This adds a brightness to the entire eye makeup and make our eyes look more open and sparkling. I lined my lower eye lid with a grey eye shadow and skipped kajal this time. Next I applied my eye liner, curled my lashes and coated them with generous amount of mascara.
Face and Lip Makeup : You girls know how much I love highlighter and blush and I never skip these two. So how come I complete my Diwali makeup without them? So I completed My Diwali Makeup with a touch of blush and highlighter on my cheeks and then finally one of my favorite lipsticks L’Oreal Paris Collection Star Pure Reds Pure Amaranthe Gong Li on my lips. Oh yes, I put on a bindi also this time to make it complete traditional makeup look 🙂
