I am back with L’Oreal Paris Nutri Gloss Mirror Shine Shampoo Review for you all. Who wouldn’t love stroking their hands down shiny, glossy hair? Shiny hair is a prefigure of a healthy scalp and proper nourishment. Honestly, no product?can help you achieve those glossy locks single-handedly and permanently. How is it possible? Had a shampoo or conditioner been successful in imparting permanent shine to one’s locks, wouldn’t everyone use that product and simply pay no heed to their diet? I have repeated quite a number of times and I reiterate that ‘No product alone can tame your locks permanently’. So, please observe and accordingly alter your diet if the need arises. Don’t be a slave to market-bought products.
Having said that, opting for the right kind of hair care product is no less pivotal. The wrong products would leave no stone unturned in transforming you into the Urmila Matondkar of Bhoot (movie, 2003) ?while the right ones would transform you into the sultry Urmila of Rangeela (1995) 😉 So, its up to you to opt for which of Urmila’s avatars would you like to see yourself in 🙂 L’Oreal Paris Nutri Gloss Mirror Shine Shampoo is exclusively crafted for normal and dull hair. I’d like to specify that I have incorporated a few iron and protein-rich food items in my diet and then, tried this shampoo so , the results are in unison with a change in my food habits. Finally, let’s jump to L’Oreal Paris Nutri Gloss Mirror Shine Shampoo Review to see if it?can transform your locks or not 🙂

What L’Oreal Paris Nutri Gloss Mirror Shine Shampoo claims
Nourishes and illuminates mirror shine, cashmere touch.
My experience with L’Oreal Paris Nutri Gloss Mirror Shine Shampoo
Packed in a plastic bottle with both a sturdy body and cap having a nozzle inside (already perforated), L’Oreal Paris Nutri Gloss Mirror Shine Shampoo is undoubtedly sturdy, leakage-free,and travel-friendly. On the whole, in terms of packaging, it is up to the mark.
The shampoo has a creamy texture that spreads conveniently. Since it itself claims to be specifically targeted towards those with normal/dull hair, I tried it out. I have dry hair but it looks dull and lifeless on days so to an extent, I am in its target audience! Following my hair care routine of overnight oiling with an application of curd and fenugreek (sometimes Etheric hibiscus powder) in the morning, I washed my hair with L’Oreal Paris Nutri Gloss Mirror Shine Shampoo. One wash was sufficient to generate a good amount of lather and wash off all the residues of oil as well as curd+ powder mixture. It imparted a good amount of shine too once my hair dried (as it claimed) and had its aroma linger for a few hours.
However, the shine is transitory. It doesn’t last for more than two days. So, L’Oreal Paris Nutri Gloss Mirror Shine Shampoo is apt for those days when you have a special event/function to attend but given its huge chemical composition (parabens, alcohol, SLS), it would be anything but wise to incorporate it in one’s hair care regime on a regular basis. Also, those with oily hair/scalp shouldn’t go for it because neither does it mention that it is crafted for oily hair (even if you have dull hair) nor will one wash be adequate to eliminate or remove the excess oil that your scalp produces. I still, took a leap of faith despite having dry hair and it worked “temporarily” but in my opinion, for those with oily hair, it would of less use.
On the whole, given its ability to impart shine/lustre and cleanse your scalp efficaciously, but high chemical composition (SLS , alcohol and parabens content), L’Oreal Paris Nutri Gloss Mirror Shine is a fine shampoo. When used with caution, it can work temporarily but don’t develop a hang of it.
Good about L’Oreal Paris Nutri Gloss Mirror Shine Shampoo
- Imparts shine/lustre(as was claimed)
- Mild and gentle aroma
- Readily available
- Cleanses scalp that is, if you have applied any oil or hair pack, it efficaciously drives out all the residues
Bad about L’Oreal Paris Nutri Gloss Mirror Shine Shampoo
- Huge chemical composition. It has SLS, Parabens, and alcohol- all of which wreak havoc on one’s scalp and mane.
- Slightly exorbitant
- Not meant for oily or extremely oily hair
