  • Take some rice grains and grind them into a fine, granular form. The grains should almost be of the texture that you make for preparing dosa/ idli. You can grind nearly two cups of rice and store this powder in an airtight container.
  • Now, add 1 tablespoon of this rice flour , 2 pinches of haldi, one teaspoon of oatmeal powder. Form a paste by adding some raw milk. Apply this on face in a uniform layer and left it to dry for 20 minutes. Follow with thorough rinsing and while doing so, you can massage this pack on your skin like a scrub.

  • This remedy is to be repeated 2 times in a week. Regular usage will uproot many hair and cause the facial and body hair to thin out and also give you a smooth skin that is baby soft to touch. Another major benefit of this pack is that, it removes fresh as well as settled tam from skin. The scrubbing effect helps in removal of dead skin cells and the starch of rice soaks up oil from pores, thus decreasing the tendency of your skin pores to clog and develop into pimples.
