Herbal Tips for Good Hair

Honey Conditioner and packs:

Beat 1-2 eggs (depending on the length of the hair), 1 tsp honey and 2 tsp olive oil. Massage gently into the scalp. Steam, and shampoo after an hour.
Add a teaspoon of honey to a teaspoon of shampoo, or use honey by itself as a wonderful hair pack and conditioner. Work 1/2 cup through your hair (using more or less according to your hair length)  Put a plastic shower cap or bag over the hair for 20 to 30 minutes to let your body heat optimize the conditioning benefit of the honey, then shampoo and rinse thoroughly.

Egg Conditioner and packs:

⦁ 1 Whole egg ,1/2 cup fresh yoghurt ,Fresh Juice of one lemon ,1 tablespoon honey ,1 tablespoon essential oil of your choice like olive oil, coconut oil and so forth.  Mix these well in a bowl and apply on you hairs as well as scalp. Put a shower cap or simply wrap your hairs in a towel. Let it work for 30 minutes or if possible for one hour. Otherwise 30 minutes will be sufficient. Now rinse and shampoo and be ready for a silky shiny hair day.
⦁ Mix 1 egg, 2 tbs castor oil, 1 tsp vinegar and 1 tsp glycerine. Beat until frothy and massage lightly into your scalp. Wrap your head in a hot towel, steam, then wash off. This conditioner makes hair thicker, shiny, soft and manageable.

ROSE CONDITIONER:

Soak half a cup of rose petals in hot water for some time. Take half a mashed banana (full if you have long tresses), one table-spoon honey, and a tablespoon of coconut/olive oil. Blend all the four ingredients tin a blender. Massage well into your hair and scalp, and leave the conditioner on for about half an hour. If you can wrap a warm towel around your head the conditioner will have a better effect. Make sure that you wash off conditioner thoroughly with shampoo.

COCONUT OIL CONDITIONER:

Use a third of a cup of virgin coconut oil (available on-line or at your local herbal supply store) with a little bit of orange juice. The orange juice isn’t as cleaning as lemon juice, but gives it a nice scent. The coconut oil makes the hair moisturised. Leave on overnight (which is best) or for at least an hour. Rinse with the herbal treatment above.

LEMON CONDITIONER:

Beat an egg and mix juice of 1 lemon and apply to the scalp. Wash it off after 20 minutes to stop hair fall.
