Denim Shorts with Chinese Collared oversize Shirt Outfit. Hope you all are having a great time. These pictures were clicked at the Jaipur Literature Fest held few weeks back at the royal Diggi Palace of Jaipur. It is one of the biggest literary fest held in India. Celebrities, writers, bloggers, reporters from all over the country, followed by a lot of paparazzi mark this fest as a happening event. From stall hopping to attending interactive writer sessions, I enjoyed every bit of JLF. And yes, I attended Ekta Kapoor’s candid session too! Art and Literature are an important part of my life since childhood. My mother being an artist and writer herself, she made it a point to inculcate the artistic skills in me right from the beginning. Can’t thank mom enough for this!
Coming to the outfit, I wore a pair of fitted blue denim shorts- simple and chic! Keeping it in contrast, I paired the shorts with an oversized shirt in ink blue color. Beside the comfort zone, the highlight of this shirt is its Chinese collar and straight cut sleeves. I just love the casual cum laid back appeal of this shirt. I tucked in the shirt and wore a brown belt to carry a smart look and break the monotony of blue shades.
Further, I accessorized the outfit with my silver beaded multi chained necklace. I wore it fitted around the neck for a hip style statement. I also wore a black stone ring to accent the outfit. I carried a faux leather clutch in forest green color. This clutch is one of my best picks ever- I love it for its smooth material, high class design and of course its multiple carrying options (can be carried as a sling too!)
For footwear, I kept it plain and basic as bringing in color play might ruin the whole solid look. So, I wore my dotted black bellies that finished off the look in style.
Hope you like the look and enjoy the clicks!
