Keep any eye on more and more Colorbar reviews. My experience with Colorbar I Glide Eye Pencil
Lets begin with the packaging part. The Colorbar I Glide Eye Pencil comes in an attractive silver rectangular carton box. The box has all the packaging details inscribed on it. The box is sufficiently spaced so that in case of any fallouts or minor accidents the kohl will remain intact without any damage.
Colorbar I Glide Eye Pencil is slim pencil shaped. It is compact and can easily fit inside pocket. So, nothing heavier to carry. The Kajal needs to be sharpened regularly. With daily usage you need to sharpen this Kajal atlaest 2-3 times a week. For me this sharpening kind of pencils lead to product wastage.
Now, time for the actual performance part. The eye pencil is in the shade blackout. The shade is truly black. It is more like charcoal. The pencil is highly pigmented and gives true dark black color in single swipe. You can definitely re-apply the kohl to get a strong opaque finish. What I like about this kohl is that the finish is very natural. Unlike gel liners which appear quite artificial. The true beauty of Indian girls lies in their eyes. And what better than kohls to make them appear more sultry. Staying power of this Kajal is really good. They stay for a pretty 5-6 hours. In AC environment they will stay much longer.
But Colorbar I Glide Eye Pencil is not entirely smudge proof. They get smudged in outer areas especially on sides. The Kajal is neither smudge proof nor water proof. They get smudged in hot summer days. But even after longer hours they will not give you racoon eyes. With daily usage the Kajal lasts 2 months easily.
For me the best part in a Kajal is the smudging part and this one smudges. So, Colorbar I Glide Eye Pencil is like a ok ok kajal for me.
